– A Florida beach was named “attractive” in a new report by the Association of Beach Accommodation Professionals (ABCP).
The list, released Wednesday, was compiled based on more than 40 beach establishments across the state.

The report was released just days after the Florida Supreme Court issued an injunction to prevent the city of Miami from requiring any beach to provide a minimum of $10 per day to guests, as it has done in previous years.
The state Supreme Court will hear arguments in the case on March 3.
The Supreme Court decision could set a precedent for other cities to require beach concessions to provide more than $10 a day.
Florida is one of the most expensive states for vacation rentals in the nation.
In the past two years, there has been a surge in the number of people visiting Miami and Palm Beach to spend time on the beaches.
